Positive: Beach and location and quiet. Neat house.
Negative: Probably too small 4 people but we made it work. TV streaming was ok.

It was ok because weather was bad we could not enjoy the beach or be outside.
Positive: It was a great location.
Negative: Did not like the sleeping area we got caught by the storm the rest was good.
