1940 cottage seen on FYI, 2bd 2ba

Positive: In a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close to everything. Fenced in yard was great for our two small dogs. Negative: Would have liked more seating in the living room but understand why there wasn’t given the layout.

Positive: The master bed is super comfortable. I really loved the stained glass window. Small and cozy! I wish we could have stayed one more day. The only thing that was missing was a washer/dryer . Way better than a hotel, and the host was very hospitable and informative. Will definitely book again. Negative: The only complaint I could have was that the gate in the garden wouldn't close and was open.

Positive: The location was convenient for us. Negative: The water pressure was horrible in the shower, and also had issues with hot water. The toilet was not running properly either.

Sucks Positive: Clean Negative: NO HOT WATER!!!!! Owner responds by asking if I checked the kitchen sink. I ran the showers , kitchen and bathroom sink faucets…. NO HOT WATER!!! After his response about the kitchen sink there were no more replies. Maybe the owner doesn’t care because we were only staying one night which cost us $342!!! Totally disappointing and upsetting! If I could give 0 stars I would just for the uncaring and unresponsive attitude towards the guest. If you aren’t going to provide customer service then you should not be in the business of renting your home under false pretenses!
